Your rental period begins on the day of the first delivery attempt. The dress must be returned to us in the provided garment box by the 7th day at the latest.
A return label is included, making the return process simple and free.
If you need your dress quickly, we offer express shipping for an additional fee.
Please return the dress on time to avoid late fees of €60 per day per dress. If you picked up the dress at our Berlin showroom, please return it there.
For our Berlin customers, we offer a consultation service in our showroom. You can try on the dress before renting and get expert advice.
Alternative Sizes: If you're unsure about the size, we can include an additional size at no extra cost to avoid any fitting issues.
